About me:
I have been working as a physiotherapist since 2017. I began gaining practical experience while still studying, working in hospital rehabilitation departments, outpatient clinics, spa facilities, and a rehabilitation institute. Rotating through a variety of departments allowed me to work with a wide range of diagnoses and further develop my professional skills.
Thanks to my previous experience with various physiotherapy methods and treatment approaches, I am able to tailor each therapy session to the individual patient. My treatment combines principles of developmental kinesiology with soft tissue and joint mobilisation techniques. Each therapy session is individually designed, as I believe there is no single treatment approach or exercise programme that is suitable for everyone. Depending on the patient’s needs, I also incorporate exercises based on various therapeutic methods as well as strength training.
In my free time, I enjoy working out at the gym and practising judo. I also like going on trips, cycling, swimming, and cross-country skiing in winter. I enjoy spending time with friends and reading as well.
